Charity Info

We are very keen to spread the word to as many potential recruits as possible and support a diverse range of causes. We would love to have your charity on board. How does it work?
We recruit and train participants to take part in our White Collar boxing event. We give them 8 weeks of high quality boxing training and then pair them up towards the end to compete against each other on a glamorous event based on their weight, ability and experience.  At the start they are asked whether they wish to fundraise for charity or not, and if so, they are given the chance to choose a charity to fundraise for. 99% of our participants have chosen to fundraise for charity. The average fundraised per head on our last event in April 2022 was £567. 
what does it cost the charity?
We pass on zero of the costs to the charity, Brave Hearts White Collar boxing bears all the financial burden of advertising and setting up the event, organising the necessary insurances and licences to allow the event to take place. This is all covered from the sales of the tickets and therefore none of this is a charitable donation and isn't marketed as such. The charity benefits from the fundraising from the boxers, they ask their friends in addition to, or instead of purchasing a ticket to sponsor them on their JustGiving pages. 

We believe this gives the charity a completely risk free opportunity to become involved with the event. Having worked in challenge events for a hospice before I understand the risks charities take when setting up their own events and the costs involved in purchasing places in events such as the London marathon. Our model completely eliminates any of these barriers to success.

How do you get involved?
We currently allow all of our boxers to choose the charity of their choice. Some have strong opinions on who they wish to fundraise for, a local hospice who cared for their grandad or a charity linked to a condition a family member suffered with for example but most have no specific preference and often deliberate for some time. We are offering you a chance to be put forward to them as a charity they could support.
  1. We can give them information about your charity via email. Some basic info and maybe a case study of how their sponsorship could be used. 
  2. You can be listed on our website as a charity partner.

What do we expect in return?

Does your charity have to spend time stewarding your supporters?
In short, No. You can be as involved as you would like to be but we are very experienced in helping our boxers to fundraise. We motivate and supply them with tools and ideas to maximise their fundraising potential. Our average fundraised per head of £567 speaks for itself. In just 9 events we have helped raise an incredible £97,298!! £80,195 of this was for one single charity Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.

We aim to have surpassed 1 million pounds for good causes by the end of 2025. This could include funds for your charity.

Coventry, Birmingham, Leciester and Nottingham but we are actively expanding our reach across the UK.
